Birch Rocker

Rescued another one.  The first few times I saw this broken down rocker in the ally, I put the blinders on. I wouldn't even allow myself to look at it. "not" So, The Rocker shows up at the shop door.. I truly love my neighbors.  I took it in, replaced the broken rockers with some wine barrel staves. Then removed the rotten rattan seat and back. Replaced with vintage barn lumber and well la! Birch Rocker is ready to Rock your porch
see it at Consignage, Home & Garden. Paso Robles, Ca.  Like them on Face Book.   Contact Richard

I kept the remnants for projects like this. The tin panels and redwood frame are from a local barn salvage. the handles are made by another artisan. Frank Parlet He makes alot of the branding irons for the ranchers in the area.thank you Frank they look great!   link to web page Gallery
